At the cost of loosing my apple “cool” status and being pummeled by apple lovers everywhere. Siri is just plain awful. I contend if Steve Jobs had been actively involved with it, it would have NEVER made it to market. It is very clunky. About the best thing it does is raise my blood pressure. It can not differentiate between a and 8 for example. And that is just one, If I tell it to browse for 2n3055 is looks for 2 and 3 oh 55 or 2 november three zero 55 or similar goofiness. I had another phone with a Voice app and frankly it isnt really any better. But since it came from apple is just has to be the next “killer” app. Right? BS! It SUCKS! So where do you want my Tee shirt sent to.

Apple released it as a beta, but oversells it like a voice miracle. It all depends on your own expectations. Most people don’t yet have any expectation when it comes to voice command, So they may find it “magic”. :)

I agree, I tried it on my new 4S. Its not working very well for me, it can barely understand what I say. I’m glad its working for other people but its not working for me at all and I’m extremely disappointed. It seems to be getting good reviews too so its working for a lot of people, but not for me.
