Recently two Apple customers were refused a warranty on their machines due to smoke and tar presence under the hood. Apple has just found a new excuse to avoid support for smoking customers, and protect margins. But of course, they’re not crazy enough to refuse to sell to those smoking customers, right ?
Apple behaves again the Julius Caesar way : the customer must only admire and obey. If those are the little names of Mr Jobs testicles, maybe it’s because he didn’t had enough love when he was a child. Need of revenge is not a sufficient excuse to make people pay for it. Take care of your customers little fruit, or you’ll never know how it feels to hold something else than niches. :-)
