Google Phone in January 2010 ?

Android 2.0 is now doing well. I mean, working. Motorola’s Android is a sufficient demo. For iPhone lovers it’s not yet a credible replacement but… What about a Google phone ? G-Phone ? Planet Earth is expecting it like the Messiah, somewhere in next january 2010. LG is the builder (BTW I still remember LG representatives singing that some of their customers remain reluctant to touch screens… well, not for long).

So what will it change ?

Everything mobile.

Google playing in the hardware field is a very new thing (that they always denied so far). And an interesting one as Google runs open source where Apple is a closed fortress.

I don’t think this information finally matters a lot for Google and Apple. It matters for the rest of the mobile phone makers. And especially for Nokia.

I believe Google + Apple will definitely send Nokia in outer space !
