So here we are : Apple is now as a gaming big gun and a gaming killer wannabe. With the actual and future installed base of iOS devices, yes, Sony, Nintedo and Microsoft can lose their sleep. Alltogether.
This Sept. 1st keynote, despite dedicated to music, was in fact a day one in mobile gaming for Apple.
They introduced 2 big items there :
1) Yes you can have massive + intense graphics on a MMO runing iOS like with now anticipted “Project Sword”,
2) Yes, you will soon have a “Game Center” platform to live your social gaming experience as you do at the competition’s today.
Ouch. This might bring the hard core gamer troops to iOS at the speed of a K.O. ! :-)
